Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account

- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Requests made after the return period
